As India Inc attracts global businesses, there is a growing need for world class infrastructural facilities. RKKR is harnessing its decades of experience in property development and management arena to create commercial and residential complexes of international standards.

RKKR Infrastructure will be focusing on the new wave of opportunities emerging in the area of serviced apartments, Technology parks, Industrial complexes, townships, educational institutions, entertainment and leisure centers.

Build-to-suit option: RKKR has currently identified few projects under this option, which takes away the client’s hassle to acquire land, plan and seek approvals etc. Built to client’s specifications by RKKR, the build-to-suit facility is given on lease to the client by the developer.

Real Estate Segment
RKKR has entered the real estate segment by developing commercial buildings and offering them on rent to large corporates such as CDAC (Government of India undertaking) and Schawk India Pvt Limited. It is currently in the planning stages of setting up a Business Class hotel and Luxury Corporate Residences in Chennai.

RKKR proposes to set up Luxury Corporate Residences on prime land that is located in the heart of the city ( 1 Km from Park Sheraton Hotel). We plan to build approximately 40 apartments, on 1 acre that is situated in Greenways Road. It will cater primarily to the top MNC’s that look at taking these high end apartments for short to medium stays for their expats. The project cost is estimated to be around US $ 13 Million.

RKKR will provide serviced studio, one, two and three bedroom residences. Each apartment will have both broadband and wireless Internet and a suite of home electronics; a gourmet kitchen; and beautifully designed home decor. The properties will have 24-hour front desk, housekeeping, a superb health club and gym, swimming pool and many more amenities.
